• The city of Bad Münstereifel suffered massive damage to the urban infrastructure during the heavy rain and flood disaster in July 2021. As part of the emergency aid, some damage was temporarily repaired. Nevertheless, that requires Large-scale restoration measures in the urban area. As part of the reconstruction, the city of Bad Münstereifel is receiving financial resources from the federal government and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The owner of the areas to be restored is the city of Bad Münstereifel itself. They are also responsible for the tendering and implementation of the reconstruction measures. This tender refers to the entire urban area and the building and civil engineering measures contained therein retrieval period should be implemented.
