Description: The city of Gronau intends to draw up a development plan for the Gronau urban property, Flur 9, parcel 391. In this area, the LWL archeology for Westphalia has proven some of the Fund concentrations of Stone Age flint artifacts (resting places), a settlement area and a fire grave field of the pre-Roman iron age and late medieval agricultural elements (so-called asch ditches).
All meet the criteria according to § 2 DSchG NW for a ground monument, so that reasons for monument protection must be taken into account when carrying out the measure.
