MN: C062180006 EFRE, LDBV, IT-DLZ, energetic renovation of slanted glazing architectural performance, LP 1-3, 5-9 Energetic renovation, glass facade Cost limit: € 2,100,000 IT service center, State Office for Broadband and Measuring St.-Martin-Str. 47, 81541, Munich built in 1988 Task The sloping glazing on the entrance hall and on the ground floor of the side wing buildings is affected by condensate and glass breakage damage. As part of the European Funding Program ERRE (European Regional Development Fund), the energetic renovation of the glass facade is promoted, to meet today's demands on the energy efficiency of public buildings. Due to condensate and glass breakage damage, the facade is assessed annually in order to document the broken glass development and confirm traffic safety. In addition to the risk that the Expand and multiply glass fragments, the appearance of the facade is not worthy of such an important public building and should be renewed. The energetic renovation measure is intended to reduce the heat loss via the building envelope and reduce the total energy requirement of the building. In addition to the energetic improvement of the glass facade, the main goal of planning is to improve the inventory construction.
