§§ 34 in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI, performance phase 1-9,
§§ 39 in conjunction with Appendix 11 HOAI performance phase 1-9,
§§ 51 in conjunction with Appendix 14 HOAI performance phase 1-6 and
§§ 55 in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI performance phase 1-9 in the valid version,
The commissioning of the individual projects usually takes place in the following project levels or partial services:
1st level, performance phase 1-2 of the HOAI as well as proportionate basic and special services
2nd level, performance phase 3-4 of the HOAI as well as proportionate basic and special services
3rd level, performance phase 5-7 of the HOAI (at Structure planning LPH 5-6) as well as proportionate basic and
Special achievements
4th level, performance phase 8-9 The HOAI (does not apply to structural engineering) as well as proportionate basic and special services (including monitoring the remedial removal within the limitation period)
Possibly required additional Services (optional):
As part of the new building program, land for the construction of apartments are continuously provided.
It is per year from approx. 3-6 new construction projects. The contractor must be able to process several projects in parallel, as in the Contract period Working on several projects can start at the same time.
The selection of the framework contract partners (number 3-5) is based on the solutions
a pilot project to be processed.
