The Gesobau project WHG 1071, 1124, 13011 includes the complex partial modernization in the inhabited state.
The house groups include the building groups with the following address:

WHG 13011 -Grumbkowstrasse 86, Schlossallee 31 in 13156 Berlin-Pankow
The three house groups consist of 3 buildings with a total of 8 steps, 36 residential units with approx. 2,255 m2 living space and a commercial unit with 38 m2 usable space.
The buildings are not under monument protection and are not in socialConservation areas. The assignment takes place in the following stages:
