• The order includes freelance planning services. The following services are to be awarded: - Property planning for buildings (service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 34 in conjunction with Appendix 10) - including demolition planning; - Remediation of pollutants [existing buildings] (service phases 2 - 8 based on HOAI § 34); - Outdoor facility planning (service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 39 in conjunction with Appendix 11); - Structural planning (service phases 1 - 6 in accordance with HOAI § 51 in conjunction with Appendix 14, including structural fire protection) - including demolition statics; - Technical equipment (service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 55 in conjunction with Appendix 15, system groups 1 - 8); - Building physics - thermal protection and energy balancing (performance phases 1 - 7 according to HOAI Annex 1); - Building physics - building acoustics / sound insulation (service phases 1 - 7 according to HOAI Annex 1); - Building physics - room acoustics (performance phases 1 - 7 according to HOAI Annex 1); - Fire protection planning based on the AHO booklet No. 17; - Ecological construction support; - Drainage planning. The required services are based on the service profiles of the HOAI and the AHO. The client reserves the right to commission the work in stages and, if necessary, in construction phases. Optionally included in the scope of services are any applicable Services in the areas of engineering structures, structural planning for engineering structures. As part of service phase 2, different designs and different energy standards must be considered with regard to construction and follow-up costs. The client reserves the right to include the measure as a contract award To have a functional service description realized. The performance phases of the basic services are then reduced accordingly.
