88250 Weingarten, Kirchplatz 16, PH Weingarten, NWZ, Refurbishment of Economic Building - Architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI.
The commissioning of object planning services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI. In connection with this procedure, the basic services of thePerformance phase 2 to 8, as well as special services of the performance phases 8 and 9.
Weingarten, Kirchplatz 16 - Refurbishment and renovation of Economics buildings to the Mensaria overall renovation Economic building (built in 1710) as part of the former Castle and monastery facility Martinsberg in Weingarten.The future Mensaria will be operated by the Lake Constance Student Center and used by the Weingarten University of Education. The measure includes the repair and restoration of the entire building including building technology. The university operation on the Martinsberg will be duringcontinued the construction work.
The building costs (kg 300 - 400) are approx. 8,430,000 euros gross.
The construction implementation is planned from 11/2027 to 05/2030.1 Hoai. The basic services of the service phase 2 to 8 are graded according to HOAI, as well as special services of the service phases 8 and 9.
