The gross area of 1,094 m2 is 3810 m3. The property is located in the old town and the building itselfis subject to monument protection. The building permit for the general renovation is available. The implementation of the planning should according to theApproval, take place. As part of the design planning, pollutant report, a fire protection concept and a security concept were developed, the implementation of which is part of the measure. The building costs (KG 300+400) amount to EUR 4.11 million gross. The construction implementation is plannedfrom August 2026 - September 2027.
