architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI: building.In 1978, the workshop building built a full -time renovation. This includes a roof renovation with a greenery, the construction of a roof PV system, a facade renovation, the renewal of ventilation systems including the building management, the partial exchange of transitions and enTsorgung lines and a revision of the interior surfaces. The building is integrated on the north east side into the outer wall including the wall crown protection.
The construction measure is gradually processed.
The building costs (KG 300 400) amount to around 12,250,000 € grossConstruction began for July 2028.
