74214 Schoental, Klosterhof 5, monastery church, facade renovation, architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI.
The basic services from service phases 1 to 3 as well as other services should be awarded in stages.
Description:
As part of securing the facade of the Schoental monastery church The necessary preliminary investigations should be carried out and, on the basis of these, a renovation concept should be developed. -Consolidation of figures -Removal of loose plaster parts + surface renovation -Removal of improper paint layers -Lighting concept for the west facade.
The measure will be implemented as far as possible (closures reserved), carried out during ongoing operation.
The building costs (KG 300 + 400) amount to around €4.4 million gross.
Construction will begin in Mitte 2028 and construction completion is scheduled for the end of 2030.
