The measure involves nuclear medicine, which, in addition to patient care, houses a GMP area (radiopharmaceutical production) with 2 cyclotrons. The Building costs including the outdoor area (KG 300 - 500) amount to 86,145,000 euros gross. Breakdown of the relevant cost groups according to DIN 276-1:2018-12: Cost group 300: 37,156,000 euros gross cost group 400: 47,189,000 euros gross cost group 500: 1,800,000 euros gross.
