The following services should be awarded:
Architectural services (buildings and interiors) according to HOAI object planning §§ 33 Hoai ff. (Performance phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI § 34 IV. M. Appendix 10).
The required services are based on the performance pictures of the HOAI. Die The contractor is commissioned in performance levels.
Performance levels for the building and interior of the performance view:
1. stage: performance phases 1 to 2
2nd level: performance phases 3 to 4
3. stage: performance phases 5 to 9
