Description:
The following services should be awarded: Architectural services (buildings and interiors) in accordance with HOAI object planning §§ 33 HOAI ff. (service phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI § 34 in conjunction with Appendix 10). The required services are based on the HOAI service profile. The appointment of the contractor takes place in performance levels. Performance levels for the performance profile of buildings and interiors: 1st level: performance phases 1 to 2 2nd level: performance phases 3 to 4 3rd level: performance phases 5 to 9 The commissioning of the subsequent level depends on the approval by the committees and political Committees. The contractor is not entitled to any further assignments according to stage 1; he cannot derive any further claims for remuneration or damages from the step-by-step assignment. Special services Performance profile of buildings and interior spaces in accordance with Annex 10, Section 10.1 HOAI: - LPH 2: Preparation of an in-depth cost estimate according to positions of individual trades - LPH 9: Monitoring the elimination of defects within the statute of limitations Execution periods: Processing period (service phases 1-3): 3rd quarter of 2026 - 3rd quarter of 2027 Processing period (service phases 4-7): 1st quarter 2028 - 1st quarter 2029 Processing period (service phase 8): 2nd quarter 2029 - 4th quarter 2029 Deviating from the service levels in the contract, the construction decision with the completion of LPH 3 (design, cost calculation) is relevant.
