The following services should be awarded:
Architectural services (Buildings and interior spaces) in accordance with HOAI property planning §§ 33 HOAI ff. (Service phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI § 34 in conjunction with Appendix 10).
The contractor is commissioned in service stages.
Performance levels for the performance profile Buildings and interiors:
1st stage: performance phases 1 to 2
2nd stage: performance phases 3 to 4
3rd level: performance phases 5 to 9
The commissioning of the subsequent stage depends on the approval by the committees and political bodies.
The contractor has no right to further orders Level 1, he cannot derive any further claims for remuneration or damages from the gradual commissioning.
Special services Performance profile for buildings and interior spaces in accordance with Appendix 10, Section 10.1 HOAI:
- LPH 2: Preparation of an in-depth cost estimate by position individual
trades
- LPH 9: Monitoring the elimination of defects within the statute of limitations
