Allocation of the architectural services for the construction of the daycare center at Reiterplatz in Hockenheim
The planning area in the "Reiterplatz is located within the built-up location in the northern city of Hockenheim between Ernst-Wilhelm-Sachs-Strasse and Heidelberger Strasse and includes an area of approx. 10,177 m2. The city of Hockenheim has the construction and operation of the new daycare center at the Postillion e.v. transmitted.
The existing parking kindergarten (kindergarten at Dresdener Strasse 1 in the garden show park area) in Hockenheim is in poor general condition. A replacement building with the creation of additional childcare places at this location was discussed in a row; however as planning difficult to implement. Accordingly, a new location for creating replacement areas for the places of the parking kindergarten and to cover the additional requirement determined within public needs planning was sought. As a suitable location for the replacement building The area of the parking kindergarten with an expansion of 3 groups was determined by the site at the Reiterplatz.
The total costs are accepted at around € 10 million gross.
