Architectural services Object planning - gradually award: First Lph. 1-4 architectural services in accordance with § 34 HOAI for renovation, renovation and fire protection measures in the palace in Rastede (historical building) based on the enclosed usage concept Level 1+consideration Schmiede and Small Marstall It is an offer for the performance phases 1-9. The commission is carried out in performance levels. First, the performance levels 1-4 are commissioned. Performance levels that the client does not commission with the conclusion of the contract are under the suspensive condition that the client is Call up. The client reserves the right to limit the commission to partial services of individual performance levels or to individual sections of the construction work. The client intends to call up further services if the planning and execution of the construction work continued. The call is made in written form. There is no legal claim to the commissioning of further performance levels. The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the other performance levels if the employer transfers them.
