The assignment takes place in performance levels. First, the performance levels 1-4 are commissioned. Performance levels that the client does not commission when the contract is concluded is under the suspensive condition that the client call up them. The client reserves the right to commission partial services to limit individual performance levels or to individual sections of the construction work. The client intends to call up further services if the planning and execution of the construction work continued. The call is made in writing. A legal claim to the commissioning of further performance levels there is no. The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the other performance levels if the employer transfers them. Time frame: Start of the planning immediately after placing the order, goal: completion lph. 4: 4th quarter 2026
