Description:
The architectural services (object planning) are required for the renovation and expansion of the voluntary all -day school (FGTS) at the Lasbach School in Quierschied. This order includes the basic services of the aforementioned object planning services in the performance phases5 to 9: - LPH 5: Execution planning, - LPH 6: Preparation of the award, - LPH 7: Participation in the award, - LPH 8: Object monitoring - Construction monitoring and documentation, - LPH 9: Object care. The service phases 1 to 4 have already been provided. A gradual order can be carried out.The subject of the current negotiation procedure is the commissioning of the service phases 5 to 9. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases on the part of the contractor. Likewise, there is no entitlement to a further order beyond individual performance levels. ForThe measure is available for preliminary planning, which are made available to the bidders in the context of the tender (plants). Other services to be awarded are not part of the present tender and are given separately.
