- Short description Trade: Lot 2 - demolition work Complete demolition and disposal of a free-standing, former GDR bakery, consisting of 8 individual buildings. The largest building, the production building, has dimensions of approx. 55 x 30 x 19 m, is a Reinforced concrete skeleton construction with prestressed concrete ceilings and wall panels lined with masonry. Attached to it is a two-story administration building measuring approximately 40 x 13 x 9 m, a masonry building. The smaller outbuildings are single-story Masonry buildings with concrete roofs. An industrial chimney (Esse) made of double-shell masonry, approx. 33 m high, is to be demolished including the chimney foundation. With the following services: - Construction site equipment with construction fence, construction toilet and Construction water connection - Gutting of all buildings down to the shell state, including windows, doors and floor coverings - Demolish and dispose of 800 m2 of anhydrite screed - Tear off 2,550 m2 of roofing felt from the roof sealing and dispose of it - 2,130 m2 Remove and dispose of on-roof polystyrene insulation - Demolish and dispose of 31,216 m3 gross volume of all buildings - Demolish and dispose of 1,156 m3 of foundations In the construction site environment: - Demolish and dispose of 3,700 m2 of concrete roads - 800 m concrete high board break off and dispose of - Break off and dispose of 10 concrete inspection shafts DN 1000 - 16 m quarry stone property wall, h = 2 m, demolish and dispose of Backfilling the excavation pits: - Deliver and install 3,300 m3 of filling floor - 3,475 m3 of soil removal on the Building plot and backfilling of the building pits For more information, please see the attached lecture.
