The structural measures include: - Construction site setup - Demolition work including disposal: approx. 2,000 m2 of clinker brick facades (d = 11.5 cm) approx. 300 m2 of roof, ceiling and floor slabs (concrete, brick) - Dismantling and dismantling work: approx. 50 pieces of steel frame windows approx. 600 m2 Glazing of steel frame windows - Earthworks: approx. 800 m³ Excavation of construction pits, approx. 500 m³ Foundation excavation - Foundation and underpinning work on the existing building: approx. 100 linear meters of concrete foundations - Shell construction work on two stairwells within the existing structure: approx. 200 m2 Reinforced concrete floor slab approx. 800 m2 reinforced concrete ceilings approx. 1,000 m2 reinforced concrete walls - shell construction work in the existing building: approx. 1,300 m2 concrete layers with edge beams in reinforced concrete approx. 200 m2 reinforced concrete floor slab approx. 200 m2 reinforced concrete walls - steel construction work, construction-time and permanent stiffening elements and building connections/ -Connections: approx. 8,000 kg of steel - coating work, pre-treatment using blasting, then corrosion protection measures: approx. 100 m2 surface
