Description:
For assembly services in the production company of radio and television, the WDR intends to conclude a framework agreement for two years with a two -time extension option by one year with a total of five companies. The term of the framework agreement should probably start on 01.09.2025. The content of the services is also intended to provide the delivery of installation material, mechanical constructions and device technology to a smaller extent as well as the integration of the devices provided within the individual measures and the production of the Be overall functionality. The commissioning of the specific needs, which results from a measure or from a project, takes place as a single call on the basis of the framework agreement. The contractual regulations on the call procedure are the framework agreement attached to these documents remove. The WDR will only issue individual calls with a single order value of less than EUR 100,000 including sales tax via the framework agreement.
