- Description:
- The annual measures in the area of engineering services for the expansion of road and tributaries and the renewal of sewage and water supply systems must be awarded. In addition to the object planning for the above trades, the coordination with accompanying measures and the other cable reflections are adopted. If fewer suitable engineering offices imagine from the selection process, the number of contracts will be reduced accordingly.
For this purpose, framework contracts with up to seven suitable applicants for the next 2 years are with a one -off Extension option of two more years provided unless it is terminated in writing by a party three months before the end of the contract.
It is planned that everyone Selected applicants receives at least one order within the term of the framework contract. However, there is no entitlement to order plans.
Each selected applicant can only receive further orders if they have provided the transmitted services in terms of form and on time, i.e. the required performance phases have been completed and handed over without defects. A commissioning of several measures is possible at the same time. The scope of the order is determined as required. Individual partial services can also be commissioned for a measure.
