Description:
1.1 Services to be carried out
The university town of Marburg has a three-storey building with its dimensions on the site of the Astrid Lindgren School of around 41 m x 22 m built in modular construction (module building No. 2). The building is currently in the interior and should be after the Hessian The summer holidays (15.08.2025).
The present list of services includes the production of the outdoor facilities, 2nd construction phase plus additional trades.
The following services are predominantly to be carried out:
- Facilities of wood protection measures
- Removal of root tubes, removal Vegetation ceiling
- Correction measures
- Refurbishment of wall disc near Halle
- Dismantling of unpaved/fortified areas
- Earth construction with removal of fillings, floors (developed sandstone), sandstone set and solid sandstone for the production of target profiles, founding plania and construction pits
