• Audit of the annual financial statements for 2026 to 2030 of the MHH and the Georg-August University Göttingen Foundation The tender includes the audit of the annual financial statements for the financial years 2026 up to and including 2030 for the Hannover Medical School, Hanover, including shareholdings, for the Georg-August University Göttingen Foundation, Göttingen, including shareholdings and for the University Medical Center Göttingen, Göttingen, including shareholdings. The annual audit including the accounting and management reports, must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Sections 316 ff. of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German principles of proper financial statements established by the Institute of Public Accountants (IDW). The Lower Saxony Higher Education Act (NHG), the MWK's accounting guidelines, the applicable provisions of the HGB and the KHBV, the Lower Saxony State Budget Code (LHO) and administrative regulations must be taken into account.
