- According to Section 77 Paragraph 1a Sentence 5 SGB IV, the BAHN-BKK is obliged to have the annual financial statements of the health insurance company, including compensation funds according to the AAG, as well as the nursing care insurance fund, checked and certified by an auditor or a sworn auditor. The order is initially for the examination of theFiscal year 2024, but can be extended for the years 2025 - 2028 with trusting cooperation.
Audit of the annual financial statements of BAHN-BKK
A service contract is being advertised for the audit of the annual financial statements for 2024, optionally also for the years 2025 - 2028BAHN-BKK (health insurance company including compensation funds according to the AAG and the nursing care fund). The contract comes into force on October 1st, 2024 and has a fixed term of one year and the possibility of being extended four times for an additional year each time.
The annual financial statements of BAHN-BKK are due to §77 Paragraph 1a Sentence 5 SGB IV must be examined and certified by an auditor or a sworn auditor.
The subject of the tender is the audit of the annual accounts (health insurance including compensation funds according to the AAG and the nursing care fund) from the 2024 financial year with the followingService components:
