Examination of the annual financial statements of the Rems-Murr-Kliniken gGmbH for 2025 with an annual option for extension up to a maximum of 2029
Allocation of auditing services for the examination of annual financial statements
The service to be awarded includes the examination of the annual financial statements of the REMS-Murr clinicsgGmbH extends the examination according to § 53 HGRG for the 2025 financial year with the option to extend the order annually by another financial year up to a total period of five financial years (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029). The pulling of this option is generally intended. OverThe commissioning for the annual financial statements of the following financial year is again decided every year taking into account the § § 318 ff. HGB.
The annual financial statements and the examination must thus be carried out according to the regulations applicable to large corporations. The bookkeepingas well as the creation of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account is carried out by their own employees and handled via the accounting software from Diamant with interface reference to the AGFA company. The annual financial statements (balance sheet, GUV, appendix, management report) are used for the examination datepresented. It is not an initial examination, but a new allocation based on a decision by the supervisory board.services
