• Audit services The companies of the Vivantes Group intend to conclude contracts for the audit of their annual financial statements - expanded to include the audit in accordance with Section 53 HGrG and, in the case of the parent company Vivantes - network for Gesundheit GmbH (hereinafter: "Vivantes") and the subsidiary BBG Berliner Bildungscampus für Gesundheitberufe gGmbH also take care of the audit of the salaries of the management, the supervisory board and the senior employees, including the use part of the management's remuneration for pension provision and compliance with tax and social security regulations when accounting for the management with separate reporting - and, only in the case of Vivantes, also the Consolidated financial statements in accordance with Sections 316 ff. of the German Commercial Code (HGB) as of the balance sheet date of December 31, 2027.
