The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft with limited liability (hereinafter referred to as "Howoge") is one of the six municipal housing companies in the State of Berlin. The core element of the corporate strategy is the social mandate. Because a housing association is not just responsible for its tenants: inside,but for the entire city. With its own housing stock of around 81,600 apartments, the company is one of the largest landlords across Germany. Howoge is one of the largest project developers in Germany. The Howoge wants its housing portfolio in particular by building a new medium toExtend around 100,000 apartments in the long term.
