• Auditing and consulting services for internal auditing and non-financial risk, lot 3: internal auditing - compliance The contractor must carry out audit audits for KfW's Internal Audit (IR) department in the subject areas listed below, which may represent examination services or examination-related consulting services on a case-by-case basis. The overview lists the main subject areas, but does not claim to be complete. The focus of the examination support is on: Compliance disciplines: - Measures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, - Know-your-customer (KYC), - Financial sanctions & embargoes, - securities compliance, - criminal acts, - MaRisk compliance as well - Tax compliance.
