Description:
In accordance with Section 140 Paragraph 1 No. 5 KVG LSA, the auditing office of the Saalekreis district (client) must carry out the task of auditing the annual financial statements of the company's own companies and public law institutions in accordance with Section 142 KVG LSA. To The audit office can fulfill this task in accordance with Section 142 (2) KVG LSA of an auditor (contractor). The responsibility of the audit office for auditing the annual financial statements of the special purpose associations is based on Section 16 (1), Sentence 1 GKG LSA, which regulates the analogous application of the municipalities' regulations and thus Section 142 (2) KVG LSA applies. The auditing office of the Saalekreis district intends to provide services for auditing on this basis Annual financial statements for a period of five years *) are to be awarded for the following lots: Lot 1: Merseburg wastewater association for the annual financial statements 2026 up to and including 2030 Lot 2: Elster-Kabelsketal wastewater association for the Annual financial statements for 2026 up to and including 2030 Detailed information can be found in the service description and the associated appendices 1 and 2.
