• Description:
• In order to ensure an annual update and to be able to guarantee high quality, an automated check of the delimitation of reference parcels (field blocks and landscape elements) based on current vDOP/DOP is required To carry out an aerial survey of NRW using image data analysis for all reference geometries. Software for automated image analysis, including suitable AI systems (e.g. deep learning, neural networks), should determine to what extent the current delimitation of a reference plot can be brought into line with the reference maintenance specifications. The system is continually being further developed. Feedback from manual adjustments must be taken into account the EU paying agency of LWK NRW, as well as regular quality controls. The results determined as part of the automated image analysis include reference plots where there is a high probability of demarcation deficiencies. The results are specially prepared and provided via a WFS (WebFeatureService), which can be integrated into GIS applications. The “conspicuous” reference plots are then checked manually and edited if necessary.
