Automatic cell meter
The cell counter should enable a quick and reproducible analysis of cells, for all users and day to day.
The result of the cell count should include the total number, the maximum and average cell volume, the maximum and average cell diameter, the overall biomass and the cell unit.
The cell meter must be suitable for different types of sample, including bacteria, fungal spores, yeast and mammalian cells, with a diameter of 0.7 μm to 120 μm.
The device is required for counting small particles such as conidia (2-3 μm). The device should have a proven accuracy when counting small particles of 5 μm.
A control unit (tablet) and software licenses should be included.
Dye-free measurements are required (no color).
The device must enable the export of raw data as well as the summary and the comparison between samples directly on the device.
Certified calibration accuracy of +/- 2 % on life.
The measurement time should be less than 10 seconds per sample.
