• Awarding of property planning services and specialist planning services for the expansion of the building yard in the city of Dornhan (1st construction phase) Lot 1 - property planning building The city of Dornhan intends to build the existing municipal building yard on the property Case no. 2288/1, Dornhan district to be expanded. The subject of the tender is the required planning services for the first construction phase. In this first construction phase, the existing building is not affected by the over-planning. I.e. that none Renovation work is the subject of the first construction phase. Renovation work on the existing building will probably only be contracted out at a later date in a second construction phase. The construction yard currently consists of the construction yard building with a workshop, social and Changing rooms as well as a vehicle hall and an external free-standing salt silo. The municipal building yard currently employs 12 people. It also includes a fleet of 25 vehicles. The future expansion in the 1st construction phase will be on the Flst. 2288/1, Dornhan district, Gundelshausener Straße 4. The subject of the structural expansion is 3 buildings. So the dismantling of the existing salt silo, which is to be rebuilt in a new position. In addition, the creation of a second one Salt silos provided with steel platforms installed in between to provide access to the filling control point.
