• Award of a public service contract for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in the form of a call-collection taxi (AST) service in the Uelzen district The Uelzen district intends to be the responsible authority (Section 4 Paragraph 1 No. 3 Lower Saxony Local Transport Act (NNVG) in conjunction with Section 8a Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 PBefG) to award a public service contract (ÖDA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles. The intended award relates to Local public transport (ÖPNV) passenger transport services i. S.v. Section 8 PBefG and Section 1 Paragraph 2 NNVG. The ÖDA to be awarded covers the provision of call-collection taxi (AST) traffic in the Uelzen district. The AST is an additional offer as a supplement on bus transport in the Uelzen district and in the city of Uelzen, i.e. AST trips are generally only offered at times and in areas where there are no bus services. The AST system is set up so that Monday to Sunday from approximately 7:30 p.m until around 4 a.m., including on public holidays, but no service on Christmas Eve (from December 24th to December 25th) and New Year's Eve (from December 31st to January 1st), AST trips from the train stations Bad Bevensen, Bad Bodenteich, Bienenbüttel, Ebstorf, Stederdorf, Suderburg and Uelzen (with a link to the arriving trains) are offered.
