Description:
According to Section 85 Paragraph 2 Numbers 1 and 8 SGB VIII, the State Youth Welfare Office (LJA) has the legal mandate to provide local child and youth welfare providers with technical advice and to provide further training for child and youth welfare employees to offer. The specialist advice and training mandate covers the entire catalog of tasks in child and youth welfare and applies to all employees, both at public and independent providers. In addition to various The LJA regularly conducts specialist working groups with the local level in further training formats, in which representatives of public and independent child and youth welfare providers enter into a supra-regional exchange of expertise and discuss youth welfare law and issues - be able to position ourselves on political issues and develop content-related standards and recommendations for practice.
