Description:
The awarding of agricultural and horticultural consulting services takes place in a two-stage procedure. At the first stage, the bidders give one or more offer (e) (E) (a separate offer for each consultant) through their consulting services for one or more consulting issues (= experienced (s)).
The contract is granted to the offers that meet the requirements. The contract is simultaneously concluded the framework agreement.
After determining the concrete consulting needs and determination of the financial resources for each expert is carried out on the second stage, the conclusion of service contracts (DLV).
The total financial resources to be more experienced are paid in compliance with the minimum amount of € 4,500 net and the maximum amount of € 51,000 net per single consultant (individual consultant) and year, as well as the consulting capacity given by the tenderers under all bidders who have received the surcharge . Only with the conclusion of the service contract, concrete consulting obligations arise.
