Regular cycling contributes significantly to this and also promotes physical fitness. As an employer, we basically have one Interest in healthy and productive employees. That is why the Central Institute for Mental Health has decided to provide its employees with bicycles and Pedelecs as part of the bicycle leasing model. Support now Service providers manage company bike leasing and provide the necessary infrastructure. The Central Institute for Mental Health therefore intends to offer company bike leasing to collective bargaining employees through deferred compensation.
