- Awarding of an EVB-IT Creation Contract on Conception, Consulting, Development, Host Providing as well as technical and editorial care of the websites of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Occupational Medicine
The EVB-IT contract essentially includes the following range of services: • Configurationand provision of the necessary server architecture for the AG's web offers taking into account the Federal Architecture Directive • Migration of all contents of www.baua.de, taking into account that all existing functionalities are available again fully again •of the other web offers including all functionalities, content and applications in the content management system until 08.04.26 • Hosting and providing of the AG's website, connected applications as well as the CMS Tremonia DXP (status quo when the contract is concluded) • Technical care during the currentOperation (availability of 99.5 % a year for all web offers) • Continuous conceptual, technical and graphic advice and further development of the existing web offers on the term of the service contract • Development of new, possibly individual websites and applications(including any web apps), application interfaces and database solutions • Development of client-specific configurations of the CMS or customer-specific extensions of the CMS, which are to be made as a requirement for the licensor (manufacturer) • Editorial and graphicSupport of the editorial team with the AG (editorial support) in filling the web offers • Planning and implementation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) • Continuous web tracking of all web offers The term of the contract is 48 months after the migration of all web offers. ThisOrder can be extended with a 2 x 12-month extension option on the part of the BAUA.
