- The subject of the tender is the "Award procurement of advertisements for dynamic passenger information in rural areas" with the following framework conditions. The starting point for the framework contract to be awarded here is the procurement of ads planned by NASA GmbH Passenger information. A framework agreement with a term of 4 years is to be completed. The aim is to equip certain stops in Saxony-Anhalt with modern digital passenger information indicators, which are to be connected to the DFI tax calculator of NASA GmbH. In the run -up to the tender, NASA GmbH queried the need from the transport companies. Loi's were drawn. NASA GmbH cannot promise a minimum acceptance. The acceptance depends on the demand registration of the transport companies after the contract is issued. The estimated acceptance quantity is based on the Loi's at 187. The maximum amount is 330. The amount of reference is subject to the transport company to NASA GmbH. Components of the above are the following: • Scoreboard of dynamic passenger information At bus and train stops with one-sided, at least four-line display, • Acoustic announcement of the displayed content (text-to-speech), • self-sufficient power supply using battery pack or solar panel and battery box, • Advertising control unit- hardware and firmware, • Deposit control unit- software including implementation of the interface between the existing DFI control calculator and the Regio DFI, • CMS system • Possible delivery mast • Possibly civil engineering work at the locations • Maintenance and maintenance of the technical systems.
