- i) The Wittmund district, as the responsible authority within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2007 on public passenger transport services (VO 1370/2007), intends to issue a public service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services into its area of responsibility. The subject of the intended OeDA is all current and future public passenger transport services in the Wittmund Sued line bundle. Includes the following lines:
