The timely, fully functional, usable, ready-to-use, turnkey, ready-to-move-in and defect-free construction of a building complex consisting of: - a 5-group daycare center (3 Ue3 groups, 2 U3 groups) on the ground floor with approx. 940 m2 of usable space, - two Residential buildings with a total of 23 residential units and a usable area of approx. 2,000 m2 - as well as a shared basement with an underground car park with approx. 745 m2 usable area. HOAI, including the creation of all planning documents necessary for execution as well as the complete construction work until completion without defects. Services from cost group 700 (according to DIN 276).
