Description:
The city would like to substantially upgrade the "Old Town Hall". For this purpose, it is to be completely renovated and partially rebuilt inside. In addition, there is the necessary new internal staircase with elevator for barrier-free access as well as fire protection and energy saving measures.
The strengthening of the Roof structure and foundation are also important aspects.
Open spaces are not to be designed.
Basic planning approaches and an initial cost estimate from April 2025 for the cost groups 300+400 and 700 are available for the task.
The actual effort for the KG 400 (TGA) is still low concretized. This can probably only be done during further preparation or after the LPH 3 has been submitted by the architect to be commissioned.
Property planning services for building construction
Due to the age of the building structure and the technical equipment, a comprehensive renovation measure is now required (renovation, repairs, conversions) are planned.
Essential measures are:
1.Roof truss: Static strengthening, elimination of moisture damage.
2. Exposure in the base area, wall drying and measures to reduce future moisture damage.
3.Replace damaged by moisture structural components in the area of the ceiling on the ground floor/upper floor.
An air heat pump is planned.
5.Renewal of water distribution - including new measurement, control and regulation technology
6.Installation of fire alarm system, security lighting, RWA + Alarm devices
