The Solingen business development agency revitalizes the former site of the "Rasspe" company in the northeastern outskirts of the city of Solingen, around 2 km from the city center to a new commercial area as sustainable and innovative location. On the approximately 3.6 hectare area of the future so -called.Change.Campus is to be planned and built with a heat and cold network and a technology center with ice storage, which the Stadtwerke Solingen realize and operate. The subject of the order to be awarded are the necessary services of the specialist planningTechnical equipment i.S.D. § 55 HOAI i.V.M. Appendix 15.1 for the HOAI.
