DESCRIPTION: The Public Convention Shortcut Rheinland (NVR) announces in cooperation and on behalf of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr Aör (VRR) that the following benefits in accordance with the procurement law in a negotiated procedure with upstream participation competition in accordance with Article 5 (3) of the VO (EC) 1370/2007 and the provisions of the GWB and the VGV are to be awarded.
The subject of the allocation is transport services in the SPNV in the area of responsibility of the clients on the basis of a gross traffic contract. The services are to be provided on the S-Bahn Cologne and in detail on the following line sections:
- Line S 6: Essen Hbf - Dusseldorf - Langenfeld - Cologne - Cologne-Worringen
- Line S 10: Cologne-Nippes - Cologne Hbf - Cologne-Dellbrück
- Line S 11: Dusseldorf Airport Terminal - Dusseldorf - Neuss - Cologne - Bergisch Gladbach
- Line S 12: Horrem / Sindorf - Cologne - Siegburg / Bonn - Henn ...
