As part of the VgV procedure, an office for the HLS planning of the new construction of a mobility hub with parking will be identified. Description: 1. Procedure The award procedure is divided into 3 stages. a) Participation competition: Companies express their interest in participating in a preliminary application process the procedure and provide, among other things, the required references. The exclusion, selection and suitability criteria must be provided in the attached application for participation. All necessary/required evidence and self-declarations must be enclosed with the application. Can an applicant only have one? If he or she fails to provide explanation/proof of the exclusion criteria, he or she will be excluded from the procedure. For legal entities, the technical requirements are met if their statutory business purpose includes planning services that correspond to the task at hand, and if the authorized representatives of the legal entity meet the professional requirements required of natural persons. In a group of applicants, all participants must meet the exclusion criteria separately. However, submitting a joint application to participate is sufficient. According to Section 51 VgV, the number of applicants for the second phase is limited. For this purpose, a ranking is created based on the objective and non-discriminatory eligibility criteria of the application for participation in the form of points achieved. After checking the submitted documents, a maximum of 3 applicants will be included with the highest scores invited to the offer phase.
