• Awarding of services for technical equipment in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 2, Section 53 Paragraph 2 No. 4 Power Systems and No. 5 Telecommunications and Information Technology Systems, service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI 2021 (initially phased commissioning Performance phase 1 -2). As part of the VgV process, an office is to be identified for ELT planning services for the renovation of the Fritz Kiehn sports and event hall in Trossingen. Description: 1. Procedure The award procedure is structured in 3 stages. a) Participation competition: In a preliminary application process, engineering offices express their interest in taking part in the process and, among other things, provide the required references. The exclusion, selection and eligibility criteria are via the attached application for participation. All necessary/required evidence and self-declarations must be enclosed with the application. The client reserves the right to make a subsequent request for missing explanations or evidence in accordance with Section 56 Paragraph 2 VgV. In an applicant community, all participants must meet the exclusion criteria separately. However, submitting a joint application to participate is sufficient. The suitability criteria apply to applicant groups as a whole. The reference objects must be in company of the applicant(s). The reference is also considered fulfilled if the service was provided as the responsible project manager in another office. In this case, a written notice is required from the responsible project management Confirmation from the other office must also be submitted. According to Section 51 VgV, the number of applicants for the second phase is limited. For this purpose, a ranking is based on the objective and non-discriminatory eligibility criteria of the application for participation in the form of achieved points formed.
