Description:
The Alpspitz wave pool in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is being completely renovated. The property includes a large entrance area adjacent to the changing area with staff wing and 2 shower rooms for each gender with adjacent toilet facilities. The water area in the indoor pool is approx. 945 m2 and in the outdoor pool approx. 1,062m2. The building's technical systems are mainly housed in the technical basement; a new ventilation center is being built on the upper floor with access from the outside.
