Description:
The sewage association (AZV) Lower Ahr plans the new construction of the lower Ahr sewage treatment plant in Remagen after the existing sewage treatment plant in Sinzig was severely damaged in the flood disaster in 2021. The area selected for the new building is located north of the B 266 on a site, which Geodetically about 7-8 m above the old location is located and is therefore flood-safe. The project is currently in preliminary planning (performance phase 2-Hoai). After the need planning, a sewage treatment plant with an expansion size of at least 174,000 E is to be built. The running amounts of water are probably 800 l/s. The targets of the 4th cleaning level must be determined in the course of planning. An energetic and economical system is aimed at the aim of the highest level of system availability. Planning with BIM is planned. There should also be opportunities for AI are taken into account. The use of AI is intended to optimize processes with regard to resource savings and energy efficiency. The goal is a sewage treatment plant that is as climate -neutral as possible. The subject of this tender is the ground expert services that Disposal/material flow management and the creation of a soil protection concept according to DIN 19639.
