Description:
The lower Ahr sewage treatment plant in Sinzig was badly damaged by the 2021 flood disaster. The now selected area for the new construction of the lower Ahr sewage treatment plant is located north of the B 266 on a site, which is geodetically about 7-8 m above the old location and thus secured flood-freeis. The property is located in the Remagen city area. The Mayschoss sewage treatment plant was completely destroyed during the flood cat trophy and is not rebuilt at the old location. The catchment area (4,000 EW) is connected to the network in the catchment area of the lower Ahr sewage treatment plant. After the need planninga sewage treatment plant with an expansion size of at least 174,000 E is to be built. The amount of water running is expected to be 800 l/s. The targets of the 4th cleaning level must be determined in the course of planning.
