Description:
As part of the "Climate Protection through Bicycle Transport" funding program, Azweio Kommunale Aoer received a grant in September 2022, with the aim of contributing to the demonstrable reduction in CO2 emissions through suitable measures. For this, a sustainable mobility concept became Developed that a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and environmentally friendly mobility in the sense of multimodal mobility change should promote. In addition to investing cycling -promoting measures and the further development of the mobility app already in the basic version "Moin Mobil" will introduce the municipalities of the city of Achim and Flecken Ottersberg to a public bikesharing system in the region. So far, a company -bound bike sharing has already been operated in the region. The now advertised public bikes sharing will replace the previous offer and provide all interested users in the future as a station -bound offer. The client points out that the present award procedure has already preceded an EU-wide tender with an identical object of performance (EU-AMTSBlatt No. 43/2025 of 03.03.2025, Announcement number 139012-2025; as well as correction in the EU-Amtsblatt No. 68/2025 from 07.04.2025, announcement number 220633-2025). This previous tender was canceled because it has not led to any economic result.
